For app issues, upload problems, Pro purchase questions, deletion requests, or general feedback, email support@fastsha.red. Pro support is answered within one business day. Free support is answered as capacity allows.
What to include
- Your device type and OS version.
- The action that failed: Share Extension, Mac drag-and-drop, history, revoke, or Pro purchase.
- The approximate time of the issue and any visible error text.
- For deletion requests, the affected FastShared link or the device identifier shown in the app.
Report abuse
To report an unsafe or unlawful FastShared link, email abuse@fastsha.red with the full URL and a short reason. We can revoke a live link and queue the underlying file for deletion.
Purchases and refunds
Pro purchases are processed by Apple. Manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com; when Apple grants a refund, FastShared receives the App Store server notification and Pro access is removed.
