01 / pricing

One gesture. One link. Your call on the rest.

Free is honest. Pro is generous. No dark patterns, no feature-gated anti-virus, no "unlock export" nonsense — just higher ceilings, longer retention, and iCloud sync for the people who share every day.

02 / questions

Questions you were about to ask.

Can I get a refund?
All refunds go through Apple, not us. Open apps.apple.com/support → Report a Problem, pick the FastShared purchase, and choose a reason. Apple decides. We honour whatever they decide — if they issue a refund, Pro turns off the same day via the App Store Server API.
What auto-renews?
Monthly and Annual auto-renew 24 hours before the period ends, per Apple's standard subscription model. Lifetime does not renew — it's a one-time purchase. You can cancel any auto-renew in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; the current period stays active until it ends.
Can I switch between Monthly and Annual?
Yes. In iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FastShared Pro, pick the other tier. Apple prorates the difference and switches you on the next billing cycle. Both tiers are in the same subscription group, so you can't hold both at once.
How does Family Sharing work?
Lifetime supports Family Sharing — up to 6 family members unlock Pro on their own Apple IDs once the organiser enables it in Settings. Monthly and Annual do not support Family Sharing in v1; each person needs their own subscription.
How do I cancel?
iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → FastShared Pro → Cancel Subscription. No emails, no retention calls, no "are you sure" modals from us. Apple handles the flow end-to-end.
What happens when I downgrade to Free?
Existing links keep their original expiry (up to 30 days) — we don't retroactively shorten them. After the subscription lapses, new uploads revert to Free limits: 5/day, 100 MB max, 24 h retention ceiling. iCloud sync stops; records already in your private iCloud stay for 30 days, then iCloud prunes them naturally.
Why $49.99 for Lifetime?
Early Access pricing for the first three months after launch. It's a thank-you to the people who show up early. After the Early Access window, Lifetime returns to its regular price. One-time purchase, Family Sharing enabled, unlimited future updates to FastShared Pro.
Is there a free trial?
No trial in v1 — the Free tier is the trial. It's generous enough (5 uploads/day, 100 MB, 24 h) to let you decide if the Pro limits actually matter to you before paying.
